Pulled Pork sandwhich recipe!

 For Christmas my sweet mother-in-law and father-in-law gave my husband and I a Slow Cooker. I've been wanting one for a while since were either at work or school and by the time we get home, its at least an hour until we eat. I quickly got on Pinterest and looked through the book we also got of slow cooker recipes, and found the recipe I wanted to start my slow cooking adventure with! I decided to make Pulled Pork Sandwiches! Below is the recipe I used to make this delicious easy dish.


Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs of Pork lion (boneless)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3/4 of a bottle of Bbq sauce (16 oz)
  • 1 tsp Black peper
  • 1 tbsp of Paprika
  • 1/2  tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 cup of Water

Prep time: 5-8 min 
Cook time: 8 hours

Instructions: 
1. Add all ingredients(besides besides Bbq sauce) in the Slow cooker, making sure that all the season gets in between your pork lion creases
2. Cook on medium for 6-7 hours on medium or 8 hours on low ...which is what we decided to do
3. Last step.. yes that how simple this recipe is... Add your Bbq sauce and shred all the meat and your DONE!
