My all time favorite face masks!

Let's talk facial masks, one of truly favorite beauty products to use, you know why...because there's truly hundreds of them, for basically every thing you may need improving for your face, whether its dryness, moisturizing, acne prevention, black head removal masks, even ones that help with anti-aging, but really there's so many more. I've used so many different mask that I finally found the perfect ones! So I decided to dedicate this post to share my personal favorite facial masks that I have used for years and ones that I have recently fallen head over heals with. I'm excited to share them with you, so lets get started!:)
1) Freeman's Avocado & Oatmeal clay mask
This was my first ever clay mask or facial mask I ever used and I've been using it ever since! It's helped clear my pores and get all the gross dirt and oil out from them. I love moisturizing my face and this is what it exactly does! It has Vitamin E perfect for what your skin needs if you're wondering why you're breaking out or your face is a little extra oily; making your skin feel nice and soft after!

2) Yes to Tomatoes Acne Fighting Paper Mask
This is a new mask I've been using recently and I love it! I don't break out a lot but when I do, I feel like it comes in full rage, anyone else? I've never used anything acne fighting before and kind of just let time go by until the acne went away but this time I thought why not give this a try, and I'm so glad I did! As you know it includes tomatoes but also salicylic acid which helps control and break pimples and blackheads. Kid you not after taking off the mask, my face was so shiny and felt sooooo hydrated! My skin instantly felt better, like I knew that I just got work done on my face! Since trying this mask several times, I noticed a difference in my face, I wasn't breaking out as much and my blackheads were basically gone!

3) Freeman's Rejuvenating Cucumber & Pink Salt Clay Mask
This is another new favorite of mine that again I just love! This wonderful mask exfoliates, detoxes, and clear your skin! It's perfect if your face needs a little TLC and you don't want to used just one mask with one this one has 3 purposes which is like magic in a little pouch haha. Basically say bye bye to pores and hello to clearer skin!

4) Freeman's Pore Clearing- Peel Off mask with Volcanic Ash
So this is not a mask I use but even though it says for men, anyone can use it really. This mask my husband used after some convincing of him putting on a mask with me, ahaha isn't he just the greatest. Just like the title says this mask literally peels off unwanted dirt, pores and blackheads! After my husband took off we could see the blackheads he had and his skin even felt softer! The Volcanic Ash digs into your skin (not painful lol) and cleans out all the imperfections one may have. I highly recommend the man in your life or if you want to give it a chance as well!

So those are my all time favorite facial masks, I hope you liked it and are going to try them! You can buy these masks at your local Target or Walmart. Let me know if you do or if you've already tried them, what results did you see?

Mason/Infant Easter Basket Ideas

With Easter coming up this weekend, I wanted to create an Easter basket for Mason even though he's an infant. It may not come to mind having one for your infant or baby but it can be fun for both you and your little one! Mason is 10  month old and loves everything he can get his little hands onto (even items he shouldn't grab haha) but this makes everything about Easter exciting! I remember getting my Easter baskets and having it filled with Barbies, candy, and Easter candy galore! For Mason I changed up what he would get in his Easter basket rather than what an older kid would get. I bough a couple of dollar spot target items, because we all know there is always something there that our children will love and well maybe we will love us as well. Guys side note, I feel like I cannot go to target without stopping by the dollar spot, it's truly the best place there! Okay back to the topic. I got mason a little bubble blower toy, which he loves! I also purchased a pair of bunny ears that are to die for, I already know mason will love trying to take them off.  I also purchased a little unicorn swaddle blanket that I thought would be perfect for him when the summer comes and its too hot in the house (thanks swap cooler). I also included masons favorite snack, graham crackers (yours) and I know he will eat them up fast! I found these cute rubber eggs in the Easter section that I thought would be perfect for both bath time or play time, I mean there squicky too, what infant doesn't love a soft toy that has bright colors and SQUICKS, am I right?

I also found in the dollar section these cute suspenders, which I cannot wait to have him wear!!! What's an Easter basket without a toy? I added a little color stack-able toy which may or may not be ignored since everything else besides his toys sometimes are more entertaining than his own fun toys haha. Since I know nursery rhymes really well, I found a cute little book that included all the nursery rhymes and I cannot wait to read it with mason and have him learn them with me! While I was in the Easter Section I came across this little bunny teething toy, which I was guessing would be the same price as Sophie the Giraffe but NO! It was only $5, and since mason is getting more teeth, I wanted to see if this would help.

I cannot wait for mason to open his first Easter Basket and to love all the goodies in it!
Happy Easter Weekend!

Mommy and Me Easter Outfits

I'm trying to find ways to match more with mason, or when he dresses nicely I dress nicely as well haha.  With Easter in a few days I thought I would share what masons outfit and mine would be. Mason is just like his daddy (or his daddy wants him to dress like him) and loves bright colors. So we of course had to put mason in the brightest formal attire we could find! Thanks to a friend from a baby shower gift we already had masons dressy shirt, and it came with a TIE! Talk about the little man! The onsie shirt is from Carters which has the cutest clothes and perfect outfits for your little one for Easter!  We also paired the shirt with some beige khakis and for my favorite part of his outfit his shoes! Freshly Picked recently had a sale and I mean I couldn't miss out on it, and plus I wanted to find some shoes that matched his outfit. I decided to buy the electric palm pair and can I just say how much I love them! This is masons 3rd pair of freshly picked shoes and we continue to be in love with them because there not only really cute but really good quality! I mean look at his outfit! If his face and chubby cheeks don't get your attention, then his outfit definitely will haha.

In the past my outfit has been bright as well, but I thought why not go with a more soft color and since it is spring, I just happen to find a dress that had a beautiful floral print on it as well. It's not tight by the waist (still working on losing the baby weight) but also flatters your unique shape. I'm pairing it with some pearl earrings, nude heels, and a simple necklace. This dress is so comfortable and works for any occasion!

I love spring and it's getting more excited for taking mason out more and enjoying the warm air, just don't snow on me again, Utah! If you haven't yet bought your little ones outfit, I highly suggest stopping by your local Carters! Plus there whole store and site is 50% off right now!

Happy Spring!

Masons 10 month update!!

Hello number 10, we welcome you with so much excitement! Mason is 10 month old and is officially in the DOUBLE DIGITS!! Mason has learned so much this month, we have discovered recent favorite snacks and seen some fun milestones happen in our little boys life. So where to start, I don't know if I already mentioned but mason went to his 9 month appointment in March but he is such a healthy boy! He is 23 pounds, still in the high percentile for height and mason only got one shot this time, which for mason was not a so fun surprise but hey it beats getting two shots, poor little guy had such a sad puppy dog face when it happened, I just held him close, told him I loved him and that he's going to be okay, "mommy's got you." Mason said his first word, and guess what it was?! Mama!!!!!! My heart just melted when I heard those words!! After that it was all he could say haha, and it continues to melt my heart! I was honestly shocked that he even said momma since he sounded like he was so close to saying dada, but hey I'm just happy he's said his first word.

His newest favorite snack are graham crackers, cheerios, and well loves eating mommy and daddys dinner haha. I started giving him raspberries as well but I think he finds them a little too sour right now and so he loves eating everything else. He's learning new games, our recent one is mason rolling the ball, he love pushing/rolling it towards me and when I say "yay" he claps his hands with so much excitement! Speaking of clapping, if he hears or sees someone clapping he will join in, it's so darn cute! He continue to be such a social happy boy. Mason love interacting with people, especially at grocery store! He smiles at everyone he gets his eye's on, he giggle and smiles even if they're not looking at him, but usually his loud baby talks get the persons attention, and mason instantly feel even more happier when he gets their attention, I swear mason mission is to become friends with  the whole grocery store, and I love it!

Mason has 4 top teeth (two on their way) and two bottom teeth. We recently found out that mason because of teething has been making teeth marks on his crib, we were completely shocked, were now buying some fabric covers for the crib (just because we need it for future kids lol). That little stinker;)
Mason has also taken a few steps in walking, once with rex, I wasn't in the room at the time, and once with both of us! I feel like month 10 may be the month he starts walking! Mason is learning about grass and how pokey it is, loves walks, and loves to eat like no other! A lot of things are happening in the next two months, I'm deciding whether I want to start weaning mason at 11 months or go past that, so I don't know what to do honestly. Exciting things like his birthday in two months are happening and were so excited to see family come and celebrate such a memorable time with our little boy! What presents did you buy your little one, is there anything sentimental you did for their first birthday? Until the next monthly update xoxo!
